Once a term we open up the studio for you and your friends to try Brazilian Zouk. No Zouk or Dance experience is needed for the FREE CLASS and you can come with friends or fly solo. After the class, we stay open and you can practice what you just learned and purchase classes (Tuesday nights),

there and then!

Brand new to Brazilian Zouk? You're in the right place!

In this Beginners course, you will learn the most fundamental elements to develop your Brazilian Zouk with confidence and safety.

​

​

We'll build on the fundamentals you've learned and give you more of the building blocks that make up Zouk!

​

Pre-requisite: Foundations 1

Now you have your Foundations solidified you are stepping into the Improvers level where there are 5 x different terms of Zouk movements and combinations, to keep you pushing and growing.  

​

GUEST INSTRUCTOR THIS TERM - Our Guest Instructor is a Movement Specialist and a Professional Dance Teacher.  He will be diving into concepts like: Core and Weight movement using a rope technique, Body Waves, Popping, Contact Improv to Safe acro lifts. This is a course to help push your awareness, understanding of your 'dance body' through body movement, body awareness by diving into body concepts, co-ordination, strength and stretch exercises.  This is the term that provides the missing link to bringing DANCE BODY MOVEMENT to your dance.

So you have made it into the Intermediate level through our direct invitation - well done! In this level, we will work across 5 terms with many Zouk concepts and deeper dance techniques that will make your lead and/or follow skyrocket!

This Tuesday Class is kicking off a new round of Head Movement Foundations+ at the start of 2025 for students finishing their five Intermediate Terms, to join in and learn to walk through and develop head movement structures so that you build and develop your head movement foundations understanding and awareness across all head movement styles. This will work in collaboration with the Thursday Head Movements for those who have elevated to do both. 

​

Pre-requisite: Invitation ONLY. Head Movement Group Only

This Thursday Class will be about developing your more advanced movements using head movements and other influences.  This class will lead nicely straight from Head Movement 1 (Foundations+) to develop you dance on the social and competitive dance floor.  We will finish with an assisted practica afterwards with Shannon & Trajano.

Pre-requisite: Head Movement Foundation

This Thursday Class is a DUO.  We have one hour of advanced work challenging your head movement and advanced techniques with a second hour working on drilling the newer technique being applied to core head movements. Two and a half hours of Zouk Classes + an assisted practica afterwards.

Due to some TERM 1 disruptions we are going to be providing a discount for you all... so enjoy all the learning for a cheaper rate!

Pre-requisite: Head Movement Group Only

This membership is an affordable way for you to do multiple classes! This membership includes two classes from the following levels:

• Improvers

• Plus one of the following classes: Fun 1, Fun 2
